Just to clarify, I don't think the 5 day pending delete after the RGP really
has anything to do with the missing 5 day pending delete we expected to
remain before the RGP. The one afterward is there to provide a notice period
of the names that will be dropped via the new pending deletion report.

Bhavin,
I'd raised the issue at DC meeting last week and the change is on the way.
It will be back to the original pending delete 5 days follows a delete and
then followed by RGP.
