Dear Ross: Not I, I think they are dumb.  If he lives in Istanbul Old Town 
or New Town, he would live in Europe. The line separating Europe from Asia 
cuts right through the Bosphorus, Sea of Marmar and Dardanelles.  Part of 
Istanbul is on each side of the line.
