Bob,
It's not my problem, it's our problem. I didn't see any objection from Mike
to Rick's post. In fact, it seems Mike was on board with the idea at the DC
meeting when we discussed this. I thought we had this all worked out.
I just hope a decision is made on this issue **prior** to the closing of
the vote.

Dear Tim: There's your whole problem. Excom now consist of two
persons. The quotation you made was by the CTO, who developed the
system. The CEO and CTO are unable to reach a consensus on a large
range of issues. It is one man's opinion over anothers.
I don't have an answer -- but I can sure recognize the problem;-(
