Huh ?
I make no comment about the issue itself, rather that many were able to use
the web voting interface. Why they chose to is irrelevant.
The interface worked.

Whoa hoss!
A good technician would smile at his or her work being taken as the voice
of the people, but there was a GOTV campaign active at the tail end of the
first, and apparently deciding in the second, of the two attempts to hold
a ballot period.
I don't care who won/lost, the issues in this election were mere brocade
on some shirts, but lets be a bit more self-aware next time. Some issues
are bread-and-butter, not brocade-and-parade.
