There have been excellent suggestions regarding the timeline for consideration of the bylaws and voting procedures.  The revised timeline will be as follows.


1) First draft of the new bylaws and rules of procedure published online on 3/18 at http://www.byte.org/rc-bylaws-wg/drafts/recent/

2) Discuss at the Constituency meeting in Rio; followed by teleconference with all Registrars the week of March 31

3) Suggestions for revisions taken and considered by the group through April 9

4) Final draft of bylaws and voting documents issued by April 14

5) 4/14 - 4/21 Quiet Period for Constituency Consideration of documents

6) 4/21 - 4/28 Period for Proposing Amendments

7) 4/28 - 5/2 Quiet Period for Constituency Consideration of documents and amendments

8) 5/3 - 5/10 Vote Bot on Documents and Amendments
