The next steps, as we had promised, are as follows:

April 17 - April 23:	Quiet period for consideration of bylaws and rules of procedure
April 24 - April 30: 	Filing of Amendments (friendly ones will be adopted into final draft; unfriendly ones will get stand alone vote)
May 1:			Ballots posted and voting process conducted
