thanks for the nomination. I accept.

I have no changes to report as far as complying with the Conflict of
Interest Declaration.

I look forward to serving this constituency in the capacity of
Co-Chair/CTO for the next year.

Both Elana and Rob both would make a good chair and look forward to
working to whichever wins the position by popular vote.
