Mark is/will be a member of this ICANN RC. And as we both just agreed,
there are ICANN registrar members of this RC who are also
members/registrars of CIRA. I realize that even if Mark has access to
confidential information about some of the registrars in this RC through
his position at CIRA, it may not technically preclude him from
representing us on the steering group. And I realize some may feel it
isn't relevant, I did.

While I am sure Mark will provide a useful answer I would note (and
remember
we are the largest CIRA registrar) that this is the ICANN RC, and that
question would be relevant for the CIRA RC. If I am not mistaken members
of
Schlund sit on the DENIC board and that issue has never (nor should it
be)
been raised in that context.
