[registrars] Proxies at Montreal RC meeting.

Dear RC Members:

I don't believe there has been a call for proxies for the Montreal meeting.

Rick has pointed out that the by-laws require that votes not be taken at 
our face to face meetings.  However, we *do* take "Straw ballots" at meetings.

If you are not attending and would like to have a different person 
represent you, please send me your proxy.  It would be nice if it were to 
be PGP signed;-)

This issue also affects voting members who want a different person to sit 
at the table and represent your company.

I plan to be seated at the entrance to the meeting room and passing out 
"tents" with company names on them.  If you are the voting member for your 
company or if you hold a proxy for your own firm or another member, please 
stop by and get your "tent" card or cards.
