Hi All...

I was thinking it would be good to have a separate mail list for 
announcements.  This list could be limited to announcements about
ballots 
to be taken and meetings and things of that nature.

I suggest this because the volume on this main list is pretty high, and 
those of us who don't watch it daily can and do miss things of
importance.

What do people think?
