We're unsure at this point. It will depend entirely on the number and scope 
of the comments submitted by the other registrars.  As I noted, register.com 
and AOL have picked up the costs to date and are not seeking contributions 
towards the work done so far to prepare the initial draft.  Our expectation 
was that the review and incorporation of additional comments into a final 
draft would on average cost about $1000 per set of comments that we receive, 
but that's really just a guess.
