Interesting. Thanks for the info. No I have not received any notice of this
e-mail before you brought it to my attention. I will do some digging around.
It appears several on this list are the 11 registrars that have been sent
the APIs but not all.

Registrars sent the APIs:
A Technology Company, Inc. (Canada); Abacus America (U.S.); Advanced
Internet Technologies (U.S.); Domain Bank, Inc. (U.S.); eNom, Inc.(U.S.);
Internet Gateway Corp. (Canada); InterQ, Inc. (Japan); NameSecure.com,
Inc.(U.S.); Nominalia Internet S.L., (Spain); Tech Dogs (U.S.); and
TierraNet Inc.
(U.S.)

I will let you know what I find out.

NSI sent this to me today.  There seems to be a rather interesting list of
names not on the list.  Maybe Graves just decided to divide the total list
of registrars into smaller groups.  Did you get a copy of this message?  I
think that it is interesting that your have to get approval from NSI to get
on the list.
It is a good idea, but a bad place for such a  list.  Mr.. Secretary I would
like to propose that the DNSO create a message board for its constituency as
a means of communication between its membership.
