	The WG's interim report has now been posted on the dnso website,
at <http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/19991023.NCwgc-report.html>.  There was
one glitch -- the report was posted without the URL for comments or the
comment deadline -- but we are working to get that fixed soon.
