[registrars] Service Level Agreement Comittee

Anyone that is interested in sitting on a small drafting committee to set
forth the SLA agreed to by NSI "the registry" in LA please notify me.
Because not ALL ICANN accredited registrars are part of the constituency, we
will need to make a post to all ICANN accredited registrars. Do I have a
volunteer for someone to contact these individuals. I propose having no more
than 3 to 5 people on this drafting committee. If we have more than this
many people seeking participation we will have to come up with some type of
mutual agreement.
