RE: [registrars] DNSO fees and constituency dues



 Melbourne IT would be comfortable paying annual dues along the lines
suggested.  I expect this will be a key issue for the Names Council very
soon so it would be useful to clarify the position of the registrars before
the next ICANN meeting.

I believe that we discussed this with Becky and we should modify the ICANN
Accreditation Agreement so that registrars are required to provide a minimum
level of funding to the DNSO.  We would be completely in support of that
proposal.
