We are for option one.  Something is better than nothing I feel.  We must
ensure that if six months is the next review date that we do review and
don't just let it ride.  To my mind this is half way house and I am sure in
six months time we will either have some horror stories behind us to help
make up our minds or a better idea of what is fair and just.
