Finalized RFP materials for the .org reassignment have been 
posted on 20 May 2002 at at <http://www.icann.org/tlds/org/>.  

The next step in the RFP process is posting of responses 
to questions from prospective applicants on this coming Friday,
24 May 2002. 

The deadline for submission of proposals is 18 June 2002.
