All,

  It is the opinion of INEGroup that .org TLD should remain an open
TLD.  That it should be managed by bid with criterion to be
determined by stakeholder vote.  That the current practice
or registration should remain unchanged in perpetuity.  That the
awarded registry should be in the confines of the United States.
