With respect to the requirements outlined by ASCAP, and with the
singular note that privacy issues may affect compliance, Image
Online Design, The .Web Internet Domain Registry has no
objections.

These requirements are logical and reasonable. Indeed, The .Web
Registry currently complies with requirements 1 through 3, and would
support the creation of requirement 4 in a fair and objective
manner.
