[comments-gtlds] Support of Position Paper E

I support Position Paper E. Tribal sovereignty,
intellectual property, commerce and culture are not
presently protected on the Internet. The acceptance of
Position Paper E is an important step in implementing such
protection for First Nation Peoples in the U.S. and Canada.
I believe that such protecttions are crucial for our
survival as Native Peoples.
