[comments-gtlds] I support Position Paper E

I am writing in support of the Position Paper E. It is most important that
all people using the internet can easily distinguish between sites that are
official and sanction sites of North American Indigenous Nations and those
that are commercial or even fraudulent attempts at using tribal names to
legitimize there sites and services. As a person who has personally been
engaged in fighting fraudulent websites that wrongly appropriate tribal
names and symbols I feel the Position Paper E would go a long way in helping
in our battle to help educate internet users as to which web domains are
official tribal sites and those that are fraudulent rip-off used for purely
commercial uses.
