[comments-gtlds] Addition of New gTld's

All,

  The debate and discussion of the addition of new gTLD's is really a
moot debate, as there is and will continue to be new gTLD's.  The debate

as to whether additional gTLD's will be added to the existing Root is
another
matter entirely.  Especially as to how many, under what conditions, and
when
they will be implemented.

  The problem we face right now is that there is only one Registry
system with
one Root structure.  Additional Registrars, does not adequately address
the
White Paper Requirement of competition and ICANN has not dealt with
that reality in any meaningful manner.  This will indeed change however,

with or without ICANN.  It is important to understand this for everyone.
