Committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
Please note that these comments reflect the opinions of the members of
the committee and are not the official position of IPIC. We hope that
there will be further opportunities to comment on the recommendations of
the Task Force and that IPIC may be in a position to provide a formal
