	ICANN is planning ICANN Open BOD Meeting on November 14, Saturday
	in USA. DNSO Meeting Committee tentatively agreed to delay Monterrey
	DNSO Meeting by one day to the new date of November 15-17
	(Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Morning), pending official announcement
	of ICANN Open BOD Meeting in USA on November 14.
