Hotel rates

There are only three days left for reserving a room at the Holiday Inn
in Monterrey.

Could someone who's organizing this conference please inform us how to
get the special DNSO rate? I really don't want to have to argue with
hotel staff over the telephone. I also don't think it's very fair if
people who speak Spanish pay $65/day, but those who don't must pay $90.
That's not a good way to start off an international conference
supposedly based on equality.
