And the capture problem will change over time. At the DNSO's formation, 
it looks as though the membership will be primarily composed of 
registries and registrars. Constituencies helps the other groups have a 
real voice. As the DNSO and its activities become more well-known in the 
business community, expect the ratio to change. Constituencies will 
protect the registries and registrars, who likely will be 
*overwhelmingly* in the minority. Whatever group you're in now, the 
constituency concept likely will benefit you at some point in time.
