Re: Why was Draft 7 of the application not posted to the discuss




I'll admit I joined the list a little late, but I have not seen drafts prior to
seven posted to the discuss list either, PRIOR to publication to the general
public.

Remember, many of us on the discuss list are more than just casual members of
the public in this process. Many of us have businesses that have a huge stake
in this process.  And the effects of something like the DNSO have serious
ramifications to our businesses.  Yet we are excluded from these discussions
that go to the heart of the matter.

I caution the DNSO that these types of concerns could be the number one source
of opposition to the DNSO application.
