Re: Our draft



Stef and all,

  Maybe I am misreading your post here Stef.  If so please feel free to
correct me.  However there seems to be one point here that is
going to be a sticking point,  That being that some parties do not
get a VOTE.  SHouldn't all parties have an equal VOTE?  Or are you
suggesting that this be handled as part of the membership of the DNSO?
Please advise.
