It is appreciated. I might again point out however so misleading and inaccurate statements which Amadeau and we suppose, the DNSO.ORG's leadership is making in this posting. 1.) This DNSO.ORG proposal draft was by no means arrived at in an open and transparent manner given the already exposed problem with CLOSED mailing lists where these proposals were developed, namely the "Participants List" which can be found at http://www.dnso.org/docs/mailinglists.html. As has been already reported several people that did NOT attend the Barcelona nor the Monterrey meetings were added by the ITU representative, Mr. Robert Shaw. Yet others that made subsequent requests in discussing the particulars of a potential Draft bylaws for DNSO.ORG have YET to be included or allowed on that list. This is in direct conflict therefore to Amadeau's statement below. 2.) In addition Amadeau states that the DNSO.ORG is actively seeking additional "other relevant parties" (See below). We also find this statement to be somewhat invalid and at least misleading and disingenuous, for the same reasons as I stated above in #1. And again this being the case, and well documented, we find that such a preposterous statement should be viewed accordingly. 3.) And finally, we would suggest and add, that if the INTA's draft be posted on the DNSO.ORG site that any other draft of modifications to both the INTA and the DNSO.ORG December 16th "Draft-7" also be posted so as to, at least attempt to REALLY meet the now false claim of Transparency and openness, as those drafts or modifications become available. And that any discussions by all be cross posted to the relevant other lists so as to provide smooth and aid in insuring broad availability to those comments, suggestions, proposed drafts, and modifications to existing Drafts...
