Kent and Amadeu aren't in charge of the DNSO. They just think they are.
There are four other teams writing applications. The AIP/ORSC collaboration
is very receptive to good ideas.

It must be done within the DNSO. That's the place for it. Note that I said
"the DNSO", not "DNSO.org".
