Roberto and all,

  We agree in principal with Stef's suggestion at arriving at a compromise
solution to a consensus DNSO draft as well.  Unfortunately, it is one thing
to agree it is entirely another to put that agreement into practice as we
have seen thus far.  Andrew, did not include our submission as was
agreed to for compromise and suggested amendments this last go
round is one such example of saying one thing and practicing another.
