William and all,

  Again William as I have now pointed out for the third time you missed
Richards earlier post of a similar thread as well as post early last week
regarding the INEGroup's support for the work the Michael has already done,

not to mention the minuets from the Berlin meeting as well..

  Please William, please try to pay closer attention to the events.  I
realize
that they are moving at a fairly quick pace and it is difficult to keep
up, but i am sure that if you make a effort, you can accomplish it....
