as i have seen zero traffic, and people are asking for progress, i thought i
would make trouble.

i propose the answer to the question

    Should there be a standard dispute resolution process throughout all
    Registrars/ Registries?

should be

    no, there need be no single (extra-judicial) dispute resolution
    policy for all registries or all registrars.  let this be one of many
    differentiators and let us see what works in the world society and in
    the marketplaces.
