ICANN has no authority beyond its limited technical charter.

ICANN has sold its soul to tm interests*, and so oversteps its limited technical
charter at every turn.

ICANN lies* (badly) to anyone holding a microphone, or pencil and pad.

*The lies extend to tm interests too - the top-down seizure policies neither
recognize, nor exempt, trademark status relative to a domain name.  Duh, you lose
too...
