Which of the following are, or are not, permissible "sunrise" variations of
the mark "Coke":

Croak
Cake
Coat
Joke
Croat
Croke
Cloak
Coca
Cocoa

Alternatively, can anyone suggest 20 variations of Coke that they think
Coca-Cola should be entitled to?

Is the place name "Kodiak" for a city in Alaska confusingly similar to
"Kodak"?  Why or why not?  Answers including things like "if the TLD is
.film" are not acceptable, since the proposal is to apply the "sunrise"
period to all new TLD's?

The bonus challenge is to come up with 20 variations of "IBM".  Since the
number of variations is independent of the number of characters in the mark,
I'd LOVE to see how you get 20 out of IBM.
