I'm not suggesting that we resolve the IP issues. I am asking why the Chair
wants us to propose a set of gTLDs which are claimed as IP property by CORE.
Do you think this will look to outsiders as a gift of control of new gTLDs
to CORE by this WG? Personally, I'm not happy with the seven gTLDs proposed,
and even less happy with this new concept of 'capture'.
It's like we are saying: 'We don't want to address how we create new gTLDs
or what is done with them after they are created, we just want to suggest
that a set already claimed by one organistion be created and then see what
happens.' I think we will be the laughing stock.
