Javier,

I think many of us are concerned about the aggressive schedule you have
proposed. Moreover, Jon mentioned a few points that suggest that the effort
to meet such an aggressive calendar may be unnecessary if the practical
reality is that the ICANN board will not vote on the recommendations until
September 2000. Is there a reason why you feel otherwise?
