Then you participate at your peril and
do so in the face of the clear fiduciary duty
of those associated with the corporation to 
abide by it's Articles of Incorporation
which not only require compliance with
relevant law, but also specifically 

  "...operate...through open and transparent 
  processes that enable competition and open 
  entry in Internet-related markets."
