This takes the view that lawyers run our lives.
As much as some lawyers might wish this to be true, it makes far more sense
to attend to the needs of those affected and attempt to find reasonable
compromise.
This reduces down to "finding something that is fair and workable."
Passing judicial muster flows FROM such an effort, rather than DIRECTING it.
