Umm, Dave . . .

Milton speaks sooth.  Few and far between are
the jurists who actually understand the DNS.

However, the Avery decision seems to point in the
direction of protecting famous marks from dilution
by domain name registration.

This is a good thing <generic phrase insusceptible
of trademark protection in this context :->
