NewsBytes is reporting that US Commerce Secretary Wm. Daley will make
an announcement tomorrow at 1130 EDT (-0500), that includes:

* NSI will continue to be the sole registry for .com, .net, and .org
* NSI will become an ICANN-accredited registrar and registry
