[wg-c] This Is Moot

Now that NSI has an exclusive contract to run the com/net/org registry, this
working group is moot.

Image Online Design, Inc. demands the same consideration for its .web
registry. 

Anything less is a restraint of trade.

I suspect that other prospective registries will require the same.

Will the last one out please turn off the lights?
