I'm afraid that I said nothing of the sort.
What I said is that your document draws the necessity for creation
of a TLD for one particular ethnic group. I find this unfair to all other
ethinc groups, as an example.
My proposal would be to create an open and competitive market
for TLDs, and let anyone who wants to create and run a TLD for
an ethnic group do so.
But do it in an open market, not as a mandate to single out any
group.
I suppose I could ask why "your" ethnic group and not "mine?"
