Thanks for the humor on both counts, the objectivity by assertion of the
aritrary WG-C lurker, probably another one of those "first come, first
served" things, and the charming image of:

	a)  your finding the NC and/or ICANN at fault (objectivity, equity,
	    merit, motherhood and apple pie) if they fail to find in favor
	    of ideology over experiment, and your's in particular,
and
	b1) the NC assembly of constituency interests setting aside rational
	    self-interest goals to adopt "objectivity" goals, 
or
	b2) the same existing interest groups arriving at "objectivity" by
	    some accident unforseen to themselvess, each in pursuit of goals
	    of rational self-interest,
and
	c)  the persons having obtained the NC and/or ICANN seats, after
	    non-trival work, accepting to be bound by the process model of
	    each, heaving-to because you've put a shot across their bows,
	    the ball labeled "objectivity", backed by ratings from a sample
	    audience at the Beckman.

I look forward with wry anticipation to another episode in LA like Berlin,
watching vigorous arm-waving by one of many rather unique people the DNS
Wars has attracted, using his open-mic minutes to argue that he has a grip
on objective reality oddly lacking in everyone else.

Meanwhile, we can enjoy some time off and try and make book on what the NC
makes of the gTLD mess.
