Dear Milt:  I did return at noon.  No one was there.  I left, saw someone I 
wanted to speak with and returned to the room for a discussion.  After a 
few minutes, a number of accredited registrars returned to work on their 
issues related to the nsi/doc/icann contract.  They stayed there till a bit 
after 13:00.  No other wg-c members showed up.
