The charter is posted on the dnso.org website (under DNSO lists/archives,
etc). The list of participants is also there, and given the responses over
the weekend, will be updated regularly with the new participants (e.g., I'll
arrange for an update tomorrow).

The Charter indicates the two subgroups, issues to be addressed. Likewise,
it notes that the members of the working group need to elect a co-chair.
Nominations for a co-chair should be sent to me and to this list. Following
closing of the nomination period, the working group will elect the co-chair.

Hi,

Has there been any charter, or work toward a charter, posted for this
working group?  Also, is there a list of members of the WG?

I'd like to get as up-to-speed as possible.
