Dear WG-E members,

I feel both pleased and sorry for conveying this "Thank you" message to you on behalf of Kilnam Chon, 
our newly elected WG-E Chair, 
has been in "Nepal" since  Jan. 28 for mountain climbing, 
fyi, he almost a professional.:-)

He is expected to back on the NET from Feb. 10th or so.
Therefore, he might lose a chance to say timly "Thank you".
I hope he would get back to you with his more clean-cut visions.
