    and feel that it is an obligation to find budget for that.
    Usual professional translations are towards mother language,
    and the good quality requires time and professional skills
    -- very very difficult for a volountary job.
    You may recall that during the first informal DNSO GA in Berlin
    everybody agreed to volountary translations effort, and no one was
    done.
    I would suggest to contact international organizations rather
    than the ccTLD administrators. For exemple European Union is translating
    professionnaly documents into both French and Spanish (among others).
    The same for WIPO.
    Both are able to ensure that translations are certifiably correct.
