RE: [wg-e] shall we meet in july during yokohama icann meeting?

I should be able to meet any of the times listed below.  If we meet after
the NC meeting or the board meeting, we should anticipate the possibility of
starting late.  Meeting at the end of the day after attending a day full of
meetings is terribly productive.

What about meeting on Monday or Tuesday?  My understanding is that rooms
will be available then.  It might actually be better to meet after the ICANN
board meetings because we possible may have action items that need to be
worked.

My personal opinion is that it is helpful to meet in person periodically, so
I support meeting in Yokohama unless our work is already finished, which I
doubt will be the case.

Regarding the work of the Part 2 Team: A first draft of a report is
presently under review by team members.  It is not likely that we will
finish the report by the end of this month.  That would not allow enough
time for discussion.

at the last wg-e meeting in cairo, we agreed to finish the wg-e activities
before the next icann meeting in july so that we don't have to meet in
july.

we are requested by icann/dnso if we want to meet during yokohama icann
meeting.  if we do, the obvious choice include

  7.14  0700-0900(prior to dnso general assembly and names council meeting)
  7.14  1800-2000(immediately after names council meeting)
  7.15  1800-2000(immediately after icann board meeting)

let us know 

  1. do we need to meet?
  2. if so, which date/time do you prefer to meet?

      how's the progress on draft report development on Part 2 through 5?
      hope to see the initial draft by the end of this month, so that 
      we could deliver the final report to dnso/icann by the beginning of
      june after wg-e review.
