I also contacted Becky Burr during the Santiago ICANN after WG-E.
Negative response from her, though.

At least, trial has been made and she tipped me off 
"You'd better try private organizations  such as AT&T or something"

Bill, did you try to contact Marylin(?) with reagrd to this?
